Thank you for choosing Imagine Occasions for your special occasion. By booking our character performance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

Dates and times are secured only after payment is received in full.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your booking for a future available date (subject to performer availability).

Rescheduling requests must be made at least [X days] before the event.

3. Performer & Character Availability

We reserve the right to substitute performers if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will ensure a performer of equal quality is provided.

We do not guarantee specific performers unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

4. Liability & Safety

Our performers are entertainers and not childcare providers. A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event.

We are not responsible for supervision of children or guests.

No Responsibility for Damages: We are not liable for any injury, accident, property damage, or harm to third parties that may occur during the event.

The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests and agrees to provide a safe environment for performers.

5. Venue Requirements

The client must ensure a safe, clean, and weather-appropriate environment for performers.

Outdoor events must provide shelter/shade and an alternate indoor location in case of bad weather.

The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits or venue permissions.

6. Behavior & Respect

Our performers reserve the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe, threatened, or treated disrespectfully by guests. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Photography & Media

By booking, you grant permission for our company to take photos/videos of the event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, illness, or emergencies.
